Responsibilities:
Acquire residential properties through effective business development strategies.
Collaborate with area partners (brokers) to identify and secure new houses within designated areas.
Independently pursue owner deals and successfully close them.
Verify the location and condition of properties before onboarding them into our portfolio.
Present and pitch the company's policies and offerings to property owners.
Gather necessary details for the generation of agreements between owners and our company.
Maintain a strong client focus by providing pre and post-sales services to ensure long-term satisfaction and wealth retention.
Excellent presentability and communication skills.
Willingness to work on weekends as required.
Demonstrated positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
Ability to adapt, learn, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are desirable.
Prior experience in sales or real estate is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary:
INR 2.50 LPA
Incentives: 30% of net revenue
