Student Counselor Responsibilities:

  • Conduct oneonone counseling sessions with students to understand their educational goals and challenges.
  • Provide personalized guidance on academic programs, admissions, scholarships, and career pathways.
  • Develop and implement individualized academic plans to support students' aspirations.
  • Collaborate with educational institutions, parents, and stakeholders to ensure students receive comprehensive support.

Telecaller Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students to inform them about our educational services and offerings.
  • Schedule appointments for counseling sessions with interested students.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure a seamless transition for interested students.

Requirements:


  • For Student Counselors: Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in student counseling is advantageous.
  • For Telecallers: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their goals.
