Roles & Responsibilities

Identify potential clusters of villages and areas with high penetration of target farmers.
Deliver training and skill development programs to individuals and (or) groups.
Train and manage a team of 35 market development officers.
Identify, onboard, and engage farmers who are committed to regenerative agriculture practices.
Responsible to convert farmer interest into long term agriculture management contracts.
Communicate and gather feedback from farmers.
