Supercluster Pi is a house of health & wellness brands. We are looking for a talented customer support person who can connect well with the customers and our brand.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience of 1 years, in ecommerce/D2C Business
- Knowledge of Shopify, Ship rocket, Grow Simple, Picker & Exotel would be preferred
- Proficient in Google Drive (Sheets, Docs), with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Responsibilities:
- Researching product details or company policies to answer questions
- Processing orders, including collecting shipping information and processing payments
- Providing information about products and services including pricing, availability, delivery options, and order status
- Responding to questions about products, shipping, returns, exchanges, and other topics
- Providing customer service and troubleshooting issues with various ecommerce platforms such as Shopify
- Answering questions about products, shipping rates, billing issues, return policies, etc. across the website & marketplaces
- Creating and maintaining records of customer interactions with the company or its affiliates
- Handling invoicing, credit notes, returns, exchanges, and other customer service issues related to online purchases
- Assist customers with aftersales service issues.
- Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics
- Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.

₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
