Essential Job Functions -
Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate and manage suppliers and vendors, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Negotiate terms & conditions, and pricing agreements with vendors to secure favourable terms for the company.
- Make the comparison of quotes with respect to price, availability, and Payment terms for all available suppliers;
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Ensure that purchased goods and services meet the quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks as needed to verify product/service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, as well as local and international regulations.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting procurement.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement performance & cost analysis
- Conduct regular evaluations of supplier performance, including delivery timeliness, quality, and service levels.

- Education Level
- Bachelor's Desired
- Understanding of the complete purchase cycle
- Spare parts knowledge
- Prior experience in acquiring vendor
- Vendor negotiations
