PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible to drive enrollment targets and contribute in generating revenue for the organization

CRM

Follow a sales process to convert leads

Lead Conversion

In addition to giving an overview of our programs, follow up on leads for closures as well as generate references.
Forecasting & Funnel Management
Actively participate and present in weekly meeting rhythms to discuss performance data, prospective applicant concerns, and creative solutions to enhance team performance.
Engage in building a strong brand for Pearson TNE courses amongst the target groups.
Executing marketing activities to achieve targets
Delivering the jobs within the specified turnaroundtime
Utilize database tools to efficiently track each interaction and the progress of all assigned leads.
Conduct a selfaudit to ensure efficiency and consistency of database.
Follow a lead nurture process / strategy designed to reengage leads that have fallen to inactive statuses.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Graduate / MBA in marketing
years' in online education or overseas training institutes

Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of industry trends and knowledge of Indian and global learning / education industry
Selfmotivation and ability to work with mínimal supervision
Initiative, resourcefulness and attention to detail

Job Types:

Salary:
₹50, ₹65,000.00 per month
