Job Title:
Sales Real Estate Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling prospective clients and generating leads for the sales team.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential buyers and sellers.
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of client information and transactions.
  • Following up with potential clients to schedule appointments for property viewings and meetings.
  • Providing clients with information about properties, prices, and market conditions.
  • Handling objections and negotiating deals to close sales.
  • Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Keeping uptodate with the latest real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in telesales or real estate sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet sales targets.

Salary:
₹11, ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Haryana, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)

  • Real estate sales: 2 years (required)
