Job Title:
Sales Real Estate Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold calling prospective clients and generating leads for the sales team.
- Conducting market research to identify potential buyers and sellers.
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of client information and transactions.
- Following up with potential clients to schedule appointments for property viewings and meetings.
- Providing clients with information about properties, prices, and market conditions.
- Handling objections and negotiating deals to close sales.
- Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Keeping uptodate with the latest real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in telesales or real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet sales targets.
Salary:
₹11, ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Haryana, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Real estate sales: 2 years (required)
