Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Utilize performance marketing tactics to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with affiliate marketers to expand reach and drive sales.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with other teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists to execute campaigns and projects effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 56 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Expertise in affiliate marketing, including managing affiliate programs and partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.

Pay:
₹55, ₹70,000.00 per month
