Responsibilities:


Conceptualization:

Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and client requirements, and then conceptualize and develop visually striking design solutions.

Print Collateral:
Develop creative designs for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and promotional materials, maintaining brand consistency

Brand Identity:

Assist in maintaining and enhancing the visual identity of client brands through consistent use of colors, typography, and design elements.

• Motion Graphics (Optional): If skilled, create captivating motion graphics and animations for use in video content, social media, and other digital marketing campaigns.

Image Editing:
Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality and professional visuals for marketing materials.

Design Adaptation:
Adapt existing designs for various formats and platforms while ensuring visual integrity.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align designs with marketing strategies and brand messaging.

Feedback Incorporation:
Accept and incorporate feedback from clients and team members to improve design iterations and meet client expectations.

Stay Updated:

Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of design excellence.

Requirements:


Education:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Portfolio:
A well-curated portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including digital and print materials.

Software Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent graphic design software.

Creativity:
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and produce original design concepts.

Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interpret design briefs and collaborate with team members and clients.

Time Management:
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.

Attention to Detail:
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all designs meet high-quality standards.

Team Player:
A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
