Role Overview:

As an Accounts Executive at RIBO Industries, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our organization.

Your meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in accounting practices will contribute to our overall success.


Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records using accounting software.
• Handle daytoday financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and vouchers for accuracy.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely payment processing.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Support in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial standards.
• Assist with audits and internal control assessments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of taxation regulations is a plus.
