We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Operations Executive.

As a key player in our organization, the Travel Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our travel services.

This role requires a keen understanding of the travel industry, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient travel operations.

Responsibilities:

Handle the endtoend process of booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travelrelated services.
Collaborate with vendors, negotiate rates, and maintain strong relationships to ensure competitive pricing and quality services.
Create detailed and customized travel itineraries for individuals and groups, considering preferences, budgets, and time constraints.
Coordinate with clients to confirm travel preferences and make adjustments as needed.
Ensure all necessary travel documents, visas, and permits are obtained for travelers.
Provide excellent customer service to clients before, during, and after their travels.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor and manage travel budgets, ensuring costeffectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
Track and reconcile travelrelated expenses.
Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align travel services with overall business goals.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Stay updated on travel industry trends and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency.
Utilize travel management systems and tools to streamline processes.
