Description
Sales & Operation Co-Ordinator will be responsible in coordinating, preparing important documents, following processes & communicating relevant information.


  • Maintaining Enquiry Sheet.
  • Making SAP Entries.
  • Preparation of SAP Offer.
  • Tender filing & Documentation.
  • Vendor Registration.
  • Co-ordinating with Sales Engineer and Operations.
  • File Preparation Submission to operations.
  • Manpower Documentation in Cloud.
  • Site Advance mail request to accounts.
  • Intimation to customer for site engineer deputation.
  • Sales Order creation, file preparation for invoice generation and handover to accounts.
  • Invoice, voucher, report scanning and sending it to customer.
  • Invoice, voucher, report packing and dispatch.
  • Payment follow-up and update to accounts.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month


Shift:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
