We at The Work Journals are looking for a dedicated graphic designer to join our growing company. You will collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to increase our user base.As a graphic designer, we hope you can put your passion for design to create beautiful images and compelling content.
Your duties will include developing graphics for digital platforms to enhance our accompanying text.Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onbrand
Requirements:
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
JOB TYPE - Full time, On-site
LOCATION - Mumbai Central
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday am to 6.30 pm), Saturday 4 and a half hours
EXPERIENCE - 1 to 2 years
Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month

Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (preferred)
Adobe After Effects: 1 year (preferred)
- Figma: 1 year (preferred)
