- Know the various channels like Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, LinkedIn etc
- Comfortable in achieving monthly targets.
- Can communicate effectively with the Development team and Project manager.
- Good documentation, communication and presentation skills.
- Flexible with the working hours and following up with clients as per their availability
