Function Field Sales Training for new joiners & existing sales team

Training Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry at Hyderabad: As a Sales Training Manager, you will be responsible for Developing and implementing Training programs to enhance the sales skills and knowledge of our Pharmaceutical Sales team at All India level.

Position requires; 3 to 6years of experience in pharma filed Sales as a manager training in Pharmaceutical Industry. The role is based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications and Skills:
B.Sc. in Chemistry, B.Pharma in Pharmacy, OR any degree

Experience in Sales_
; 1to 4 years of experience in Sales Training in the Pharmaceutical Industry Proven track record of developing and delivering successful filed Sales Training programs Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to adapt training programs to meet the needs of different audiences Experience with training modules and material development Ability to assess training needs and create tailored training programs Proficiency in utilizing online training platforms Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality training Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales training programs to enhance the sales skills and knowledge of the sales team Assess the training needs of the sales team and tailor training programs accordingly Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources Deliver training sessions to the sales team, both in person and through online platforms Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary Collaborate with sales managers to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and support to enhance sales performance Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training and incorporate them into training programs Track and report on the progress and success of training initiatives Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Manage relationships with external training vendors and negotiate contracts as require

As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for identifying employees who require sales skill development, designing and delivering effective training programs, and providing ongoing coaching.

What you will do

Closely monitor the sales team, identify the skill gaps and provide one-on-one coaching for sales representatives to improve their performance

Conduct impactful tailored training sessions for both existing and new employees in the sales team, on topics including sales techniques, objection handling, customer engagement strategies and product knowledge

Act as a mentor and provide regular feedback to the sales representatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and marketing, to ensure that the training content is up to date and aligns with any new advancements in the product

What you will need_


4-6 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a related role within a fast-paced sales environment

Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, CRM systems and sales techniques in health insurance industry
