Description

• Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
• Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
• Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
• Manage end to end hotel inventory and maintenance
• Preventive maintenance planning and execution
• Create SOPs & Providing training to the housekeeping staff.
• Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
• Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
• Screening housekeeping applicants and recommending promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
• Assist guests when necessary.
• Keep the linen room stocked and managing linen & extra bed inventory
• Create maintenance best practices at hotel level & Ensure timely execution

• Effective communication skills
• English speaking is a bonus
• Exceptional attitude and looking to learn and train the team new methods for optimisation for cleaning & maintenance
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Take ownership & Work well unsupervised.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with hotel guests.
• Proven housekeeping or hospitality experience.
• Expert understanding of HK chemicals as well as Maintenance best practices
• The ability to multitask.
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
