Description

• Will be involved in research, architecture, design, development, testing, benchmarking, and coordination with associated group(s)
• Analyse technical papers /algorithms, provide appropriate direction for implementation
• Perform project tracking and ensure customer satisfaction
• Technical assessment (e.g. platforms, tool proliferation, age of underlying technologies, uptime/availability, business processes)
• Drive the technical strategy and lead team(s) in meeting the strategic objectives. Foster high performing technical teams. Identify and recruit technical leaders into the organization
• Designs complex systems at the component level, makes strategic technology choices, and directly supervises the quality of designs and implementation inside and between components
• Collaborates effectively with peer architects to solve complex problems spanning their respective areas and resolves technological disagreement. Arbitrates disagreements among engineers and make decisions where needed convincing the team.
• Support and create a standard Framework for development projects, Common Library of reusable components.
• Liaise with peer architects, designers, network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
• Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures. Research, identify, analyze, and fulfil requirements of all internal and external program users.
• Design, run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.
• Participate in critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas.
• Generate statistics and write reports for management and/or team members on the status of the programming process.
• Serve as a technical expert in one or more areas and provide technical guidance and reviews to junior team members.
• Provide leadership in technical documentation related to modules / components / solutions / products; and intellectual property including patents and papers.
• Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance postlaunch to evaluate future investment.

• Should have 10+ Years of Hands on Experience in Java full stack technologies
• Expertise in objectoriented design, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Excellent coding skills with ability to drive refactoring exercises
• Demonstrated development & architecting experience of functional cloudbased projects
• Proficiency in enterprise Java technologies and frameworks, such as Java EE, Spring, Hibernate
• Proficiency in web UI technologies and frameworks such as HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS 3.0
• System integration technologies such as SOA, SOAP, REST
• Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB and OLAP databases (RedShift, Snowflake)
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of succeeding in a group environment and ability to lead technical projects in addition to be a critical/dependable technical resource
