Need a harworking and self directed individual with great commuication skills in english for an international firm in helping with recruiting and administrative assistance.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL BE TRAINED. THIS WILL BE A REMOTE POSITION BUT WILL HAVE TO WORK AT NEW YORK USA TIME ZONE.

Essential Functions:


  • Provide exceptional service and full lifecycle recruiting within Health Reserves LLC Corporation, including:
  • Work with managers to obtain or write complete and detailed job descriptions, ensuring an understanding of job duties, responsibilities, skills and competencies required.
  • Ensures that all employees are in compliance with the mandatory requirements for employment
  • Conduct followup calls, inperson meetings and qualityimprovement studies with hiring managers and new hires.
  • Maintain a high level of industry awareness

Required Skills & Abilities:


  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience
  • Professional recruitment/human resources experience: Must have demonstrated recruitment experience in a diverse and dynamic environment.
  • Working knowledge of HR Functions
  • Teamwork/Collaboration: Must possess demonstrated skills and abilities in collaborative efforts with experience in team/projectoriented activities.
  • Flexibility: Must have demonstrated the ability to adapt to a variety of human resource issues with successful outcomes and must demonstrate openness to new ideas and approaches.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Must possess the ability to relate well to people and work in cooperation with others to effectively coordinate activities in order to accomplish tasks.
  • PC/

Technology Skills:
Must have a basic proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, Internet and presentation software.

  • Judgment: Must have demonstrated ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results.
  • Organization: Must organize/prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and projects and function effectively as a smallteam member

Required Experience and Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3yrs + experience in recruiting

Summary

Pay, benefits and more.
The salary will 4 LACS 20 Thousand per annum.
