Your day-to-day tasks are likely to involve:
- Handling Customer Calls and enquiries related to Status of Enquiries, Orders, Despatches and Complaints
- Updating Customers about the status of their orders
- Managing travel plans and making travel bookings for Sales executives
- Preparation of Quotations, Invoices, Despatch Documentation
- Coordinating with Couriers, delivery agents and Despatch team
- Coordinating aftersales support services
- Heading weekly review meetings
- Preparing reports for Management
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
Experience, qualifications, skills required:
- 1+ years of CRM experience in industrial consumables industry
- Background of B.Com with experience in preparing Invoices and Quotations
- Knowledge of Tally is a Plus.
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- B.Com / M.Com preferable
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Tally
