Site Inspection:Regularly inspect job sites to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Team Supervision: Oversee and instruct the design and construction teams, including subcontractors, to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to design plans.

Safety Regulation Education: Train site workers on safety regulations specific to interior design projects and accident protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Safety Rule Enforcement: Implement and enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.

Accident Management:Handle site accidents in accordance with established accident protocols to ensure proper response and documentation.

Employee Attendance Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of worker attendance to monitor productivity and maintain project timelines.

Design Plan Analysis:Analyze design plans to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.

Operational Improvement:Suggest changes to operations or procedures to enhance efficiency and meet client needs.

Requirements:_

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior design construction, with a minimum of 68 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge and understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
Experience working on both commercial and residential interior design projects is essential.
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
Strong problemsolving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Indepth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites as required.
