    Description
    Python Scripting

    Support Exp.

    Exp 4+

    Immediate - 10 Joiner.

    • SQL Python
    • Production Support
    • 5+ years experience
    • Strong on SQL, Unix & Python
    • Strong on Data Warehouse & ETL concepts
    • Minimum 34 yrs working experience in Support & ITIL process
    • Monitor production systems and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
    • Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by users or detected through monitoring tools.
    • Analyze system logs and data to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
    • Work closely with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and streamline support processes.
    • Document troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
    • Participate in oncall rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical production systems.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Years of experience in production support or related role.
    • Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing relational databases.
    • Strong scripting skills in Python for automation and data manipulation.
    • Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
    • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Splunk, or ELK stack.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Prior experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
