The CCB Operations Delivery Management (ODM) - Knowledge Management team is looking for an experienced manager to lead a team of Business Analysts responsible for writing and publishing procedures for CCB Operations.

In ODM, we partner with our customers to deliver high quality change in an evolving environment; the Knowledge Management team writes and delivers over 10,000 procedure changes annually.

This team has a critical impact on delivery of required content used by employees in multiple lines of business.

We aim to drive a seamless customer experience through knowledge management and partner with our stakeholders to build a sound knowledge architecture through a controlled process.

As the manager of a procedure writing team, you will be responsible for the following:

Job responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve individual and team goals
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative reviews of individual and team performance; recognize and coach for continuous improvement and success
  • Manage and maximize team capacity
  • Assist in removing and/or escalating barriers or roadblocks impacting the team
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions
  • Set regular development sessions to monitor and track progress and accomplishments
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and audit driven requirements and business process controls
  • Perform all administrative duties in a timely manner

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years in relevant business role, operations management, project/program management, or other analytic roles
  • Ability to prioritize self and team in fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Ability to effectively manage team members who may not be colocated
  • Strong communication skills and ability to tailor message to the audience
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Aptitude to maintain focus on overall strategic vision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Rapid selflearning ability
  • Organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, English, Journalism, or related field
  • Experience using Content Management Systems
  • Experience with formal change management methodology
