We are committed to excellence in everything we do and are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team.

As CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the financial health of our organization.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, including longterm financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and resilience.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support daily operations and growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, reporting requirements, and tax laws.
  • Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction.

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial markets.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of financial leadership and innovation.

Salary:
₹1,200, ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
