Hi Opening for Techno commercial Sales - Nutraceutical / Food Ingredients with a client a preferred distributors for Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, and the Personal Care industry for specialty and super specialty products at Malad


Job Summary:
Achieving Nutrition business Sales Target with proper sales planning of expertise in nutrition in food, beverage & nutraceutical products

Business Development - Acquire new customers.

Sales Planning & Strategy. Customer Relations. Market Intelligence.


Key Responsibilities:
Functional responsibilities

Business Development

  • Visit Plan
  • Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly visit.
  • Cover all the customers at least 34 times in a year. Provide samples to the customers.
  • Managing Commercial & sample inventory.
  • Follow up for the projects & Customers.
MIS & REPORTING

  • Visit Report / customer status update /sample dispatch / CRM.
  • Send sample dispatch & monthly forecasts with current stock position and new requirement on monthly basis
  • Send updated CRM on quarterly basis.

SALES

  • Yearly budget / Eight month rolling forecast
  • Follow up with commercial customers
  • Achieve Sales Target
  • Stock position of commercial & sample
  • Pricing
CUSTOMER SUPPORT - Regulatory document

PRODUCT SUPPORT & DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES

  • Arrange & provide sample as per need of project
  • Follow up for thesis & published research paper
  • PROBLEM SOLVING PROJECTS /COMPARATIVE STUDY PROJECTS
  • Create & finalise need, discuss with Fuji representative
  • Finalise project protocol
  • Follow up of projects & reporting of results

MARKET RESEARCH

  • COMPETITORS INFORMATION
  • CLOSE EYE ON COMMERCIAL FINISHED PRODUCTS Measure of success:
New Client Acquisition & Business Development

Achievement of Sales Target

Customer Relations

Feedback to principal

Monthly Reporting to Principal
