Field Sales Representative - Chandigarh, India - WWICS Group of Companies

Responsibilities:
- Perform duties in alignment with the company's Mission, Values.
- Researching the target industry to discover prospecting opportunities
- Close sales through a consultative sales process;
- Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information;
- Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, identify customer's needs to provide a solution and make initial presentations;
- Conducting product demos and handling questions, rejections, objections
- Develop, present and sell new business proposals to appropriate prospects;
- Achieve annual sales goals and provide regular feedback to the Manager or Team Leader on progress toward those goals;
- Ability to perform in and outside of office setting 10:00AM6:30PM M-S;
- Identify new leads and gather the necessary information for submissions;
- Facilitate communication with assigned account manager and constant communication to ensure client satisfaction.
- Relationship management with multiple decisionmakers and stakeholders to add value
- Negotiating and closing multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate oneonone meetings or presentations;
- Minimum 1 year B2B combined inside and outside sales experience;
- Strong networking skills. Must be able to leverage social media channels to nurture and convert leads
- Can generate new leads, nurture relationships and create unlimited customer acquisition opportunities
- Possess good negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic, outgoing personality and competitive nature;
- Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problemsolving skills with attention to detail;
- Proven trackrecord of closing short to midcycle B2B sales;
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience;
- Ability to navigate basics of office suite (word/outlook/excel);
- Strong sense of ambition, selfmotivation and selfdiscipline;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting;
- Reliable transportation;
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills;
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with basic CRM platforms;
Salary:
₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
