    About the role:

    CaaStle is adding an experienced Program Manager to our growing PMO to be responsible for the achievement of business objectives through the development and management of programs in partnership with business leaders.

    This person supports several of CaaStle's core business teams. These teams are distributed across our offices in USA (Mountain View CA, New York NY, Ohio, Phoenix) and India (New Delhi, Bangalore).

    Location: New Delhi

    Please note you will be expected to have overlap with ET and PT time zones in order to support projects that are led out of the NY and MV offices.

    What you'll do:

  • Deliver strategic, cross-functional projects on time and on budget
  • Manage a portfolio of projects in collaboration with project leads and business leaders throughout the program lifecycle
  • Analyze business KPIs and processes to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Design and implement end-to-end process improvement initiatives
  • Establish process management and governance
  • Champion and teach PMO best practices
  • Collaborate with a diverse, global team of Program Managers
  • Support broader PMO initiatives as needed
  • Facilitate a culture of continuous learning and improvement

    • We'd love for you to have:

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • MBA from a premier institute is a plus
  • 3-5 years of Project Management, 2+ years of Program Management and 2+ years of Process Improvement including Process Design experience
  • Experience working with e-com/retail/technology-based startups is a plus
  • Experience working with business growth, technology and operations is preferred

  • Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Familiarity with Project Management Tools and Diagramming applications
  • Flexible thinker, able to learn new approaches and apply them in unanticipated ways
  • Accountable, Tenacious and Collaborative team player
