    Description

    In this important role, you will be the leader of a program orchestra, coordinating multiple projects to achieve a common goal.

    You will develop program roadmaps, manage resources, minimize risks, and ensure all projects contribute to the organization's strategic goals.


    Responsibilities:
    - Develop and oversee program roadmaps, highlighting milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
    - Supervise the planning, execution, and monitoring of interconnected projects.
    - Handle program budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and compliance with financial limits.
    - Identify and address program risks, creating backup plans for potential obstacles.
    - Encourage communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
    - Monitor program advancement, assess performance against objectives, and report to senior management.
    - Manage program interdependencies and promote smooth integration between projects.
    - Promote a culture of continual enhancement, recognizing chances to refine program procedures.
    - Keep informed about industry-leading program management practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).


    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    - 5+ years of project or program management experience.
    - Demonstrated success in leading complex programs.
    - Solid grasp of program management principles and methodologies.
    - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership qualities.
    - Capability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
    - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile frameworks).
    - Analytical skills for interpreting program data.
    - Strategic mindset for translating organizational objectives into practical program strategies.
