    Mixologist (Brand Ambassador) - Wine Company

    Location: Mumbai

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Creating unique versions of traditional cocktails.
    • Using untraditional bar tools to create innovative drinks
    • Combining ingredients to present new cocktail recipes
    • Staying knowledgeable about new cocktail trends
    • Collaborating with other mixologists to learn new techniques
    • Supervising bartenders and training them to prepare different recipes.
    • Developing extensive, personalized cocktail menus for a restaurant, event or bar.
    • Ambassador works as the public face of a company or brand.
    • Creating awareness for a company's products.
    • Interacting with Hoteliers, Food & Beverage Managers, Restaurant Owners to listen to their feedback and developing new ways to market company's products.
    • Working with the Company's Marketing department to learn and implement the company's marketing strategy at events
    • Understanding the Company's vision, mission, goals, products and services to represent the brand's voice and personality at various events.
    • Plan and execute events like Tastings, Festivals and Wine Dinners in various Hotels and Restaurants all over the Country.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Report to Brand Manager & Head Key Accounts
    • Travel to different cities for events and festivals
    • International / Cruise Experience
    • Embody the Company in demeanour, personality and appearance.
    • Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times
