    Description

    Designation - Marketing Executive

    Location - Noida (Hybrid)

    Exp: 2-3 Years

    Job Description

    To be a great fit, you should be:

    · A master with words - writing, editing, and proofreading are your superpowers

    · A data whiz - social media, SEO, and other online tools are your friends.

    · A team player who gets along with everyone.

    · A problem-solver who can juggle tasks and meet deadlines with a can-do attitude.

    · Experience in B2B marketing is a plus, but not mandatory

    Responsibilities:

    Online Reputation Management:

    · Manage company profile on reputation portals such as Glassdoor, Ambition Box, Google My Business, etc.

    · Analyze and improve brand reputation by ensuring our company looks great online. See what people are saying and respond to anything negative to keep our reputation positive.

    · Monitor and address negative content

    · Enhance online presence across platforms

    · Resolve conflicts and crises effectively

    · Provide regular reports to management

    Internal Marketing Communication:

    · A marketing storyteller who can create clear messages, develop plans, and make sure everyone across the company has the latest info

    · Leverage your writing skills to share employee stories and keep everyone connected

    · Develop strategic communication plans, and ensure consistent internal messaging

    · Source stories from employees

    · Collaborate with communications and HR department

    · Convey organizational goals and values

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or marketing is advantageous, although other degrees are often acceptable.

    · Previous experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management experience will be helpful

    · Good knowledge of content management

    · Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

    · Previous experience in B2B marketing

    · Good knowledge and previous experience in working on engaging and effective powerpoint presentations is an advantage
