Network and prospect to find potential clients and sell them on the benefits of using our agency- Assist clients in developing "wish lists" of features they want in their homes
- Guide clients through the process of staging and preparing their homes for sale
- Negotiate contracts so the terms are as favorable as possible for the client (and while consulting with real estate lawyers when necessary)
- Advise clients on the potential profit margins of investment properties based on comps
- Put together comps for buyers and sellers to consider
- Host open houses for clients who are motivated to sell their homes
Job Types:

₹11, ₹25,000.00 per month
