Experience
- 5 yrs
- Make outbound calls to identify potential customers.
- Effective use of internet and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to acquire new Business / Logo / Customer.
- Maintain an active and uptodate customer record and business activity on CRM and trackers as needed.
- To be able to hold a focused conversation with the customers to identify sales opportunities.
- Able to probe and profile to find upsell and crosssell opportunities.
- To involve right stakeholder (Product Managers / Specialists, BDMs, etc.) to add value.
- Stay informed about competition products impacting the opportunity.
- Keeping pace with new product lines and sales pitch to over come objections and stay relevant.
- Own sales targets and manage performance against targets to consistently achieve the numbers.
- Maintain overall business hygiene, own Key Performance Indicators, and succeed
- Bachelors degree preferably computer science.
- Awareness on Apple products is a value add.
- Basic understanding on Enterprise products like: servers, storage, network, etc.
- Professional and personable communication skills: speaking and written.
- Focused and active listening to respond honestly and precise to the point.
- Able to operate in a system with speed and accuracy to meet Ample standard
