Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to identify potential customers.
  • Effective use of internet and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to acquire new Business / Logo / Customer.
  • Maintain an active and uptodate customer record and business activity on CRM and trackers as needed.
  • To be able to hold a focused conversation with the customers to identify sales opportunities.
  • Able to probe and profile to find upsell and crosssell opportunities.
  • To involve right stakeholder (Product Managers / Specialists, BDMs, etc.) to add value.
  • Stay informed about competition products impacting the opportunity.
  • Keeping pace with new product lines and sales pitch to over come objections and stay relevant.
  • Own sales targets and manage performance against targets to consistently achieve the numbers.
  • Maintain overall business hygiene, own Key Performance Indicators, and succeed
Key Requisites

  • Bachelors degree preferably computer science.
years of experience in selling IT: laptops, desktops, monitors, tablets, accessories, etc.

  • Awareness on Apple products is a value add.
  • Basic understanding on Enterprise products like: servers, storage, network, etc.
  • Professional and personable communication skills: speaking and written.
  • Focused and active listening to respond honestly and precise to the point.
  • Able to operate in a system with speed and accuracy to meet Ample standard
