the SS Consultants and designer is looking for mechanical foremen for site.


Responsibilities:


Supervision:
Oversee the mechanical erection activities on-site, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and according to project timelines.


Coordination:
Collaborate with other foremen, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.


Safety Compliance:
Enforce and promote safety regulations and practices to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.


Quality Assurance:
Monitor the quality of work and ensure that it meets project specifications and industry standards.


Resource Management:
Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials.


Problem Solving:

Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the erection process, finding practical solutions to keep the project on track.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of work progress, site activities, and any incidents or accidents that occur.


Qualifications:


Experience:

A Mechanical Foreman should have significant experience in mechanical construction, with a proven track record of successful project completion.

Technical Knowledge:
Possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and construction processes.


Leadership Skills:
Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.


Communication:
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, project managers, and other stakeholders.


Safety Focus:
Prioritize and enforce safety protocols to minimize accidents and ensure a secure working environment.


Problem-Solving:
Ability to quickly analyze and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.


Organizational Skills:
Effective organizational skills to manage resources, schedules, and documentation efficiently.


Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
