    Description

    We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning, leading successful projects. As the AI/ML Lead, you will drive the development of AI and ML solutions in the FinTech sector to tackle business challenges. You'll lead a team of data scientists and engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the organization's strategy.

    • Technical Leadership:
      • Provide guidance in designing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
      • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
    • Team Management:
      • Mentor and guide data scientists and technical staff.
      • Promote a culture of collaboration and innovation.
    • Solution Development:
      • Design and optimize machine learning models.
      • Collaborate with software engineers on integration.
    • Data Management:
      • Oversee data acquisition and preparation.
      • Ensure data security and compliance.
    • Performance Evaluation:
      • Establish KPIs to measure success.
      • Continuously improve models based on feedback.
    • Collaboration and Communication:
      • Understand business requirements and translate them into solutions.
      • Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Continuous Improvement:
      • Enhance AI/ML capabilities.
      • Identify automation and optimization opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
    • 5-7 years experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
    • Strong coding skills in Python, R, or Java.
    • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
    • Knowledge of LLM's and vector databases is a plus.
    • Leadership experience in AI/ML projects.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP is a bonus.
