Customer Service Associate (CSA)

Location:
Gurgaon, Haryana


Position Overview:

We are seeking Customer Service Associates (CSAs) to join our team in Gurgaon. CSAs play a pivotal role in engaging with customers, generating footfall, and facilitating lead generation activities.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers in outbound activities to drive footfall and generate leads.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in Hindi and English languages (No VETI Assessment required).
  • Graduates or undergraduates with relevant experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet targets.
  • Flexible to work 6 days a week, with a shift timing of 9 am to 6 pm.

Salary:


  • CTC: ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 per month.
