    Key Responsibilities

The main duties will be:

  • An individual contributor within a team with a predetermined focused on scope of work
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager
  • Legal in maintaining an effective control framework and ensuring all internal procedures and policies has been complied by teams.
  • Work alongside other functions of Legal team to provide accurate and timely advice on various admin and legal topics.
  • Provide clarification as to the point of reference to business functions on legal compliance requirements, internal processes and precontract due diligence, contract/document drafting and review, and related issues.
  • Provide administrative support to Vendor management team in due diligence risk management.
  • Support the Legal team in Global Support Centre proactively and continuously effectively manage the miscellaneous project assigned time to time effectively.
  • Coordinate with function of legal team for the weekly/monthly report and ensure they are prepared and delivered in time to General Manager
  • Legal.
  • Well versed with the Corporate regulatory compliance and stay informed of important regulatory changes, ensure proactive communication with business.
  • Understand functional risks within legal team processes and monitor & report accordingly.
  • Collate, process, and reformat data and documentation relating to Commercial Compliance and Risk.
  • Undertake other duties commensurate with the position to ensure the smooth operation of NES' high standards process.

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree with 02 years PQE or similar experience.
  • Working knowledge of Excel (especially conditional formatting and data validation features), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (especially the task feature).
  • Experience administering key activities within a demanding environment.
  • Experience in accurately and consistently documenting written and verbal information.
  • Proven ability to make informed judgements on collated data for action and improvement.
  • Experience gathering data from multiple systems and sources.

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience as Paralegal will an edge.
