YourStory Media, the ultimate destination for anyone who wants to hear about the inspiring journey of entrepreneurs, is on the hunt for an Operations Intern for our newest initiative - YourStory University.


As an Operations Intern, you'll be a critical member of our team, bringing our initiative to life and making sure it runs smoothly.

The program's success and user journey will mostly depend on you. We're looking for someone with a high level of ownership and ability to do repetitive tasks with enthusiasm.

This will be a 3-month paid internship (with the possibility of extending and converting to a full-time gig).

The position is based out of Bengaluru, and you'll need to come to the office most days (some days, you can work from home, but that would depend on the day's schedule).

Intermediate understanding of all Google functions including Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.

Complete understanding of Zoom and related features.

Very good English communication skills - written and verbal. A polite and empathetic nature as this will be a customer facing role.


Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Collecting and maintaining user data from the relevant sources

Using and updating the Learning Management System

Scheduling classes and sending out all communications


Period of Internship: 3-month paid internship (with the possibility of extending and converting to a full-time gig)


Education Qualification:3rd year or above of any undergraduate degree, Post-Graduate Student, or Fresher


Prior Internship Experience:
Yes (preferably in operations)
