    Responsibilities :

    • Design and architect scalable, high-performance applications that meet business objectives.
    • Lead the development team in implementing best practices and design patterns for development.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements, and translate them into actionable development plans.
    • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
    • Implement security best practices to safeguard applications and data.
    • Optimize application performance through code refactoring, performance tuning, and scalability enhancements.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in development, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our applications.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and development.
    • Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless deployment of applications.
    • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
    Requirements :
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing applications.
    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
    • Extensive experience with frameworks such as , , or .
    • In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
    • Proficiency in database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
    • Solid understanding of software design principles and design patterns.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
