Min Qualification :
Doctored in Commerce or Management

Min Teaching Experience : 5 + years


Basic Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Academic Leadership: Provide academic leadership to ensure the quality and effectiveness of UG programs.
  • Curriculum Development: Oversee the development and revision of UG course curricula to keep them uptodate and relevant.
  • Faculty Management: Recruit, supervise, and support faculty members to maintain high teaching standards.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage the daytoday administrative operations of the college.
  • Student Affairs: Oversee student affairs, including admission, counseling, and student services.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the college's budget, allocating resources effectively.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic plan for the college's growth and development.
  • Accreditation: Ensure the college's compliance with accreditation requirements and standards such as LIC and NAAC
  • Research and Innovation: Encourage research and innovation within the college, fostering a culture of academic inquiry.
  • Institutional Policies: Develop and enforce policies to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Public Relations: Represent the college to the public, donors, and the community, and engage in public relations activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with students, parents, alumni, and the local community.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Monitor and assess the performance and outcomes of UG programs.
  • Professional Development: Promote the professional development of faculty and staff.
  • Crisis Management: Handle any crises or emergencies that may affect the college, including those related to safety and security.

Basic Salary:


Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
