Faculty Management: Recruit, supervise, and support faculty members to maintain high teaching standards.
Administrative Oversight: Manage the daytoday administrative operations of the college.
Student Affairs: Oversee student affairs, including admission, counseling, and student services.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the college's budget, allocating resources effectively.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic plan for the college's growth and development.
Accreditation: Ensure the college's compliance with accreditation requirements and standards such as LIC and NAAC
Research and Innovation: Encourage research and innovation within the college, fostering a culture of academic inquiry.
Institutional Policies: Develop and enforce policies to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Public Relations: Represent the college to the public, donors, and the community, and engage in public relations activities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with students, parents, alumni, and the local community.
Assessment and Evaluation: Monitor and assess the performance and outcomes of UG programs.
Professional Development: Promote the professional development of faculty and staff.
Crisis Management: Handle any crises or emergencies that may affect the college, including those related to safety and security.
