Solution Architect with CRM + Salesforce Experience (Telecom Domain)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect with experience in the Telecom domain and expertise in CRM System.

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient and scalable solutions that align with our organization's CRM Process and support our telecom services.

Your knowledge and technical leadership will contribute to the successful delivery of exceptional customer experiences.


Responsibilities:


  • Solution Design: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust solution designs. Develop endtoend architectural designs that align with the organization's CRM and meet customer needs.

Lead Management Experience:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of CRM and Lead management Systems in the telecom domain. Utilize your knowledge to design solutions that streamline CRM processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of telecom services.

  • System Integration: Define integration strategies and design scalable and efficient solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing systems, such as product Catalog, billing systems, inventory management, and order management systems.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices. Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to drive successful solution implementations.
  • Requirements Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business and technical requirements, identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies. Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with order management processes.
  • Solution Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including solution designs, interface specifications, data models, and system integration guidelines. Ensure documentation is accurate, uptodate, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to evaluate their solutions and ensure compatibility with the organization's order management processes. Provide guidance and support during vendor selection processes and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Industry Trends Monitoring: Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to CRM systems and telecom domain. Leverage your knowledge to recommend innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:


  • Prior knowledge of implementing a CRM and Lead management system is a must.
  • Prior Experience in working on Salesforce Based Implementation is a desired.
  • Experience in designing UI/UX for users.
  • Expertise in designing scalable and robust solutions, considering factors such as performance, reliability, and security.
  • Proficiency in system integration techniques, including API design, messaging protocols, and data transformation.

Prior Knowledge of Mulesoft, KAFKA and Enterprise service bus.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks, such as TM Forum's ODA, Open API, eTOM and SID models.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
