Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Critical Time Intervention
  • Follow the protocol
  • Facilitate referral process with other organizations/families
  • Complete documentation for each referral
  • Consent Form, Nominated Representative, Advance Directives
  • Provide case management for new clients
  • Obtaining Police Intimations, Reception Orders & Memos for new admissions.
  • Renewal of Reception Orders on a monthly basis
  • Intimate the police about missing clients within 12 hours.
  • Monitoring Food Serving during Dinner & Tea serving every day.
  • Clients Cupboard checking to be done weekly three days.
  • Followup on the new clients progress
  • Documentation of New Client's Files
  • ECRC Statistics register
  • Maintain Asset register.


  • Create Event Calendar

  • Quarterly
  • Facilitate Aadhaar card and disability card.
  • Organize
    All Residents outing once in a quarter.
  • Individual sessions
  • Psychosocial Interventions
  • Documentation
