Description
Designand develop training programmes (in-house)

  • Execute on training plans for inbound and outbound/videography calls and other tools and processes.
  • Design and prepare training materials.
  • Assist in developing training materials and SOPs (standard operating procedures) by working with staff as well as team members from other departments within the organization to develop training materials to improve existing training resources.
  • Experience in developing effective training materials in multiple formats PowerPoint presentations, practise activities, and evaluation
  • Strong in presentation and delivery of training to both a live and virtual audience. Should be confident in talking to people (standup communication, to be specific).
  • Responsible for endtoend training of the account or process, right from the time a new hire joins till he/she is active in the company, i.e., new hire training and ongoing trainings.
  • Collaborate with all department managers to develop a deep understanding of the needs of the role in the processing centres and develop a competency matrix and tools (e.g., formal training, process guides, etc.) to support staff on a daytoday basis.
  • Develop quality audit plan/tools to audit audio /video calls & medical reports
  • Execute plan/actions to reduce error ratio and improve customer experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge on MS office tools such; excel, word & PPT
- solid time management skills

Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside the company.


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 45000 months


Salary:
₹15, ₹40,230.84 per month
