    Description

    Job Description:

    • Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and execution for various products.
    • Conduct performance tests, including Spike, Endurance, and Load tests based on specified requirements.
    • Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable solutions to the development team.
    • Elicit Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and create effective workload models.
    • Manage capacity and understand system environments, including shared resources, components, and services.
    • Implement performance test automation using tools like JMeter, Blazemeter, and Neoload.
    • Integrate performance testing into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
    • Utilize APM toolset, particularly Dynatrace, for extensive monitoring and analysis.
    • Conduct in-depth log analysis using Kibana.
    • Monitor database performance, analyze queries, and identify bottlenecks.
    • Identify and isolate performance issues across all layers of the application stack.
    • Analyze memory and thread-level issues using heap/thread dumps.
    • Perform root cause analysis using various diagnostic tools and techniques.
    • Proficient in using JMeter, Blazemeter, and Neoload for designing performance-testing frameworks.
    • Experience with monitoring tools, specifically Dynatrace.
    • Familiarity with log analysis using Kibana.
    • Hands-on programming experience in Java or other common programming languages.
    • Support automation script development and optimize existing scripts

    Profile Description:

    • Minimum of 9 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
    • Strong experience in load test design and execution.
    • Proficiency in performance testing on web and mobile devices.
    • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance testing.
    • Hands-on programming experience in Java or similar languages.
    • Experience with APM tools (Dynatrace), log analysis, and database monitoring.
    • Expertise in root cause analysis and diagnostics.
    • Familiarity with commercial and open-source code profiling tools.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide actionable insights
