Senior Business Development Executive


Role Description:
You are the one we are looking for if

  • You have proven killer sales instincts and relationship management skills.
  • You can assist in the lead generation process for Client Discovery.
  • You have highly developed communication skills.
  • You can make the elevator pitch.
  • You can demo the product in front of key HR personnel and admin teams.
  • You have about 12 years of experience in the field of client handling, and sales, (preferably B2B, ERP Sales, CRM Sales, HR sector)

Job Description:


  • Creating and executing an outreach strategy.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully Onboarding Clients for HR software.
  • Helping prospective users understand the software & process better.
  • Development and appointment of new partners for HR software.
  • Generating qualified leads through partners across locations
  • Interfacing with internal SGC Management Services Pvt. Ltd Sales team for timely action on partner leads.
  • Ensuring CRM is updated with daily activities
  • Being the Feet on the Street for the Company to market it at all Client Locations across NCR
  • Being comfortable to go to client offices.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of the new businesses.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum graduation from a recognized university, MBA preferred
  • Has an excellent understanding of Enterprise as well as SMB (Small and Midsize Business)
software sales cycles.

  • Min. 1+ years of relevant experience in Software Sales; 1+ years of overall B2B sales experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate the solution to the customers.
  • Exposure and experience in working with any HCM (Human capital management) software provider is a big advantage.
  • Should have experience working with a Sales Force automation/CRM tool.
  • Should have a strong Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and problemsolver
