As a Security & Safety Officer with 5-7 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, clients, and facilities.

Your role will require a deep understanding of security procedures and surveillance equipment, as well as the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.

You will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and compliant environment for our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Security Procedures: Implement, maintain, and continually improve security protocols and procedures to safeguard the organization's assets, personnel, and information.

Surveillance Equipment: Proficiently operate, maintain, and troubleshoot various surveillance and security systems, such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms.

Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective measures to mitigate potential threats.

Emergency Response: Lead emergency response and crisis management efforts, including fire drills, evacuations, and responding to security incidents or threats.

Access Control: Manage and monitor access control systems, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas.

Patrol and Monitoring: Conduct routine patrols of the premises to deter and detect security breaches, suspicious activities, or safety hazards.

Incident Reporting: Document and report security incidents, safety violations, and breaches, and work with relevant authorities, if necessary.

Training and Awareness: Provide security and safety training to employees, contractors, and visitors to raise awareness and ensure compliance with security policies.

Security Investigations: Conduct internal investigations related to security breaches, theft, vandalism, or other incidents as required.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and security regulations, and actively work to stay updated on evolving security trends and practices.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to implement security measures that align with the company's overall objectives and culture.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 57 years of relevant experience in security and safety operations.
  • Indepth knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and surveillance equipment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in highpressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and perform securityrelated tasks for extended periods.

Salary:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
