    Job Profile:

    The Systems Engineer (SE) plays a crucial role in building Amagi solutions, working on customer proof of concepts, and new release testing. Responsible for automating tasks to enhance workflows, the SE handles custom integrations, product discussions, and building proof of concepts for customers. Collaborating with customers and product teams, the SE also supports the sales team in technical aspects, ensuring a seamless pre-sales process.

    Job Description

    The SE leads technical aspects of the pre-sales process, engaging in customer conversations to identify opportunities. Creating demos and proofs of concept, managing technical customer engagement, and preparing statements of work are core responsibilities. The SE represents Amagi at events, responds to proposals, and contributes to technical collateral, essential for internal and external enablement.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage pre-sales engagement and projects, prioritize tasks, and escalate risks.
    • Create tools and scripts for task automation and integration.
    • Develop demos and POCs based on customer requirements.
    • Analyze product gaps and collaborate with development teams.
    • Provide technical support during emergencies and off-hours calls.
    • Create technical collateral, blog posts, and training materials.
    • Offer feedback to enhance the pre-sales engineering process.
    • Carry out assigned duties effectively.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Strong scripting skills in any programming language.
    • Prior experience in media technology is advantageous.
    • Certifications in cloud technologies and knowledge of Kubernetes are desirable.
    • Open to graduates with Computer Science or related backgrounds.

    Required Skills and Abilities

    • Passion for media technologies and career growth.
    • Strong educational background with software development experience.
    • Ability to solve complex problems through software.
    • Knowledge of cloud services, Linux, automation tools, scripting languages, and containerized services.
    • Familiarity with sales and software engineering tools.
    • Strong communication and time management skills.
