    Role & responsibilitiesThis role will be responsible for developing and executing on key talent attraction strategies and initiatives across target schools.

    Additionally , key responsibility of this role will be to partner with one or more divisions and providing end to end campus recruiting solutions.

    Partner with the business to forecast the campus hiring needs for the year - Full Time , Summer Interns and Seasonal HiresLeverage functional expertise , industry knowledge and trends to identify optimum sourcing options to attract top talent across campusesCollaborate with divisional business managers , leadership , school team captains and other recruiters to develop hiring plans per schoolOrganize the recruiting strategy and execution , including marketing , events , resourcing , and targeted yieldsEffectively liaise with all stakeholders to drive events on campus
