Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and optimize existing sales channels.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities that support sales objectives.
  • Conduct market research and gather insights to inform product development and pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients/customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate sales strategy effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Previous experience min 3 years in sales or related field 2 years in strategic role
