Job title:
Tele Marketing Office - Equity Market
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers over the phone to promote equity market financial products and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets and potential customers interested in equity market investments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, and respond to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement telemarketing strategies that support business goals and objectives.
- Accurately record customer information and interactions in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Meet or exceed telemarketing performance targets, including call volume, lead generation, and customer acquisition for equity market products.
- Stay up-to-date with equity market financial products and services, and industry trends and developments.
Targets:
- Meet or exceed telemarketing performance targets for equity market products, including call volume, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Improve customer satisfaction and engagement for equity market products, as measured by customer surveys and feedback.
- Increase the number of equity market financial products and services sold through telemarketing, as measured by sales data.
- Continuously improve telemarketing strategies and processes to meet changing needs and achieve business goals for equity market products.
Requirements:
Skills:1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Strong telemarketing skills, with the ability to effectively promote equity market products and services over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly and effectively resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately record customer information in the CRM system.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in telemarketing, with a focus on equity market financial products and services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding telemarketing performance targets for equity market products.
- Experience in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and information.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
