Manager HR & ADMIN | Office Boy- 3. Key Objectives of the Job

  • To provide administrative and logístical support to all teams in the office.
  • To maintain an efficient office environment.
  • 4. Major Deliverables
  • Major responsibilities:
  • To perform work related errands as requested such as going to the bank, CEO home, any other delegated outdoor work.
  • Will be responsible for bank related work like acquiring the bank requisitions statements, getting passbooks updated and any other task as assigned by the Administrative Assistant or Programme Support Manager.
  • To be responsible for the office cleanliness
  • Will be responsible for providing logístical support to the programme teams during training programmes, external workshops etc. as required
  • To Assist in menial office tasks required by the office staff; like photocopying documents, scanning documents, day to day office filing work, delivering files and documents to other staff members, dispatching documents, etc.
  • Inspects and turns on Air Conditioning and Multimedia, and prepares it for use during the meetings in office.
  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office
  • Will be responsible for stock keeping, maintaining the stock register and informing the HR Admin regarding replenishing the required stocks.
  • Will be responsible for coordinating any office repair or décor activities under the supervision of the HR Admin
  • Any other work as assigned by the CEO, Programme Support Manager and the staff of the key programme units.
  • Will be responsible for day to day filing work / binding work of Support Operations team
  • 5. Job Challenge
  • Deliverables must be within the planned time frame.
  • Accuracy of data.
  • 6. Specialized job competencies
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.
  • Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
  • 7. Educational Qualification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with basic computer skills including MS Office
  • Experience in administrative or clerical activities is an added advantage.
  • 8. Mandatory Work Experience
  • 1 to 4 years of working experience. Experience of maintaining excel databases
  • Should have at least 1 year of working experience in a similar role or in a formal office set up.
  • Should be comfortable and well versed with writing, reading and conversing in Hindi. Working knowledge of English will be preferable.
  • Should be able to multitask and communicate accordingly with individuals at various levels of the organization.
