    Job Title: Graphic Designer

    Job Summary:

    The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging designs and videos that align with the organization's branding and communication goals. This role involves conceptualizing and executing creative assets for various platforms and ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all materials.

    Responsibilities:

    1) Graphic Design:

    • Conceptualize and design marketing materials, including brochures, banners, posters, social media graphics, and other promotional items.
    • Develop visually appealing layouts and graphics for websites, presentations, and print materials.
    • Ensure consistency in branding across all design elements.

    2) Brand Consistency:

    • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines in all design and video materials.
    • Work closely with marketing and communication teams to ensure visual consistency across campaigns and projects.

    3) Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and web developers, to understand project requirements and goals.
    • Incorporate feedback from various stakeholders into design and video revisions.

    4) Software Proficiency:

    • Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) proficiently.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and design software advancements.

    5) Project Management:

    • Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Organize and maintain a library of design assets and video files for easy access and retrieval.

    6) Creativity and Innovation:

    • Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table for design and video projects.
    • Experiment with new techniques and tools to enhance the quality and impact of visual content.

    7) Quality Control:

    • Conduct thorough quality checks on all design and video deliverables before finalizing and publishing.
    • Ensure that all materials meet high standards for design aesthetics and technical accuracy.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Designer.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software and video editing tools.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video projects.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
